DART Service
Dial-A-Ride Transportation
DART (Dial-A-Ride Transportation) is a free shared-ride service offered in Chelan and Leavenworth outside of our fixed-route service area. DART service does require advanced reservation and initial enrollment using an app or by phone. After that, it’s easy to schedule your DART service!
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All trips must start and end within this time frame.
How to Enroll
- Download the Mobility by Econlane App from your Apple or Google store, or
- Enroll by phone at 509-662-3569 Monday-Sunday 8 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Making a Reservation
Once enrolled, you can begin making reservations using your Mobility app or by phone.
- Reservations can be made up to 5 days in advance.
- Trips can be scheduled based on the time you want to be picked up or when you want to arrive.
- As a shared-ride service, your ride will not be at a specific time, but within a designated window (example: between 10:00 a.m. and 10:22 a.m.). The app or reservationist will inform you of your designated window times.
- If you are making a reservation by phone, the reservationist will need to know the exact addresses of your pickup and destination locations and if there is a specific time you need to be at your destination. You can also schedule your return in advance. A maximum of four trips may be booked with a single phone call.
- If you will be traveling at the same time to the same location every day or on a regular basis, you may qualify for subscription service which allows you to book your trips for a month or more at a time.
