PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets, emotional support, comfort, and/or therapy animals are welcome aboard when they:

  • Are secured in enclosed carriers designed to carry animals and do not block the aisle or doorway
  • Do not deprive a passenger of a seat

Service animals are welcome on board Link Transit vehicles. A Service Animal is any Guide Dog, or other animal trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Drivers may ask if the animal is a service animal and are authorized to ask what task the animal is trained to perform. The animal will not be allowed if the guest refuses to answer these questions. If you plan to travel with your Service Animal, please follow these guidelines:

  • Your animal must be under your control at all times
  • The animal must remain at your feet or on your lap and may not sit on a vehicle seat or in the aisle
  • The animal must not show aggressive behavior towards people or other animals
